Formerly with Bank of Scotland new business team, where he arranged Commercial funding transactions for 3 years. These included Hotel acquisitions, Management Buy Outs, Exit planning, Property acquisition, residential property development and commercial development. Prior to this Kevin worked for 25 years in the Barclays Corporate Finance team in the Midlands.

Formerly with Nat West and HSBC, dealing with all aspects of property related transactions including residential property development, property investment and commercial mortgages plus traditional banking facilities.
